Being an HR Manager is a wholesome role. It is full of fulfilling moments when you see your internal newsletter initiative come through and when new hires perfectly fit into the team. But then, there are those moments when you start feeling like a mom with a bunch of needy, spoiled children…
In the end, it does not matter if it is lime, lemon, or lavender, you only want space for yourself, where nobody can reach you. At least for a minute or two!
