Night is falling fast as Max Dillon, the conniving, mega-kilowatt criminal known as Electro, breaks into one of the largest power plants on Long Island. After subduing a solitary technician, the fiendish felon starts to drain every one of the station’s transformers, as he absorbs massive amounts of electricity into his own body!
